Eleutherodactylus leoni is an endangered species of frog in the Leptodactylidae family. It is found in Colombia and Ecuador. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes, subtropical or tropical high-altitude shrubland, subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland, rural gardens, and heavily degraded former forest.
